We currently offer various shipping options for our clients.

OPTION 1:   

LOCAL SHIPPING (TORONTO AREA & REGION)

Flat Rate - $20.00 CAD.

For all of our clients living within the GTA and upwards of 2 hours outside of the Greater Toronto Area (for example: London, ON. residents) We will hand deliver to your door after a workable time and date has been agreed upon by our service team for someone to be home to receive the live reptile.

*Please note that the scheduled time set for delivery is subject to change on the day of delivery, should there be multiple drop offs and/or weather conditions permitting. You will be notified via text, call, and email should there be any delays/changes. 

 

OPTION 2:

REPTILE EXPRESS (OUTSIDE GTA/ANY OTHER PROVINCES)

RATE - $ VARIES ON LOCATION

With Reptile Express Canada© when shipping our live animals, and due to the nature of the delicate process, the cost of ensuring that our reptiles arrive alive to you will remain the same across the country.

Please keep in mind there are seasonal temperature fluctuations that will impact our ability to ship your reptile. 

Having this in mind, during the hotter season, we reserve the right to hold shipping of any specimen whenever temperatures reach a condition of 35°C (95°F) or more in both the senders location (Toronto, ON) and the receivers.

In contrast we will hold the shipping of any specimen when temperatures are under 4°C (40°F) until proper temperatures are present.

​

For conditions within the optimal temperate range, we will ensure to provide your shipment with heat or cold packs to accomodate the speciemens and make sure they do not overheat or freeze, respectively.

 

Outside of these conditions, we will be in contact with you to arrange a date and time in which all of the criteria are met for a safe, comfortable and healthy trip for your reptile. This is to ensure we can provide all of our clients with a Live Arrival Guarantee*
