Live Arrival Guarantee
Medusa Royal Reptiles (MRR), guarantees that your new reptile will arrive alive and healthy.
Please note that once we have received automated confirmation that the package has been delivered, we are not responsible for the specimen purchased as we have no control over how you keep your pet(s).
DOA - For any "Dead On Arrival" it will be the clients resposibility to contact our support team within the first 1 hour providing photo and video evidence that your reptile has passed.
After the first 3 hours we assume the animal has arrived safely, however, failure to notify us of the contrary will void our live guarantee and we no longer assume responsibility. Under the discrection of our management this will be carefully reviewed and if all criteria has been followed then we will replace the animal(s) and/or offer a suitable substitute in the form of store credit.
For these situations we will always be available to assist you as quickly as possible, and as such we will cover half the cost of shipping. This is only for the replacement animal should that be the case.
Shipping Costs
We do offer various forms of delivery to our clients, however, these will all vary depending on the shipping method and the location of where we will be shipping to.
The final cost for your shipping will be sent to you in the form of an updated final invoice and must be paid in full before any animal gets shipped.
Wholesale Inquiries
We do offer wholesale prices for breeders and pet stores in the local GTA (Greater Toronto Area), and we request that you please contact us for further details.
This applies in general to our corn snake supply unless otherwise noted.

Rack Systems
Please note that with any rack system purchase, Medusa Royal Reptiles Inc. will not be held liable for any misuse of said system. This includes but is not limited to, factory defects for all electrical components, any type of use for which the rack system is not intended, any kind of tampering of electric heat tape installation or components thereof, and tampering/misuse of the standard thermostat provided if one is purchased.
This will apply to any rack system for which the heat tape system has been requested and purchased as well as any rack system which has no heat tape system and is overloaded to break point by imposing excessive weight. Deposits for materials are 40% and non refundable once materials are purchased for your build. Racks will be delivered under a time constraint agreed upon by both parties. If the rack cannot be delivered within the set time, then a storage fee will be applied on a weekly basis to a maximum of one month. After this time, the purchase is forfeit and will be handled to the discretion of management.
All rack system sales are final.
